Who is Rainbow?

Rainbow has been selling toys in Highgate, North London, for over 20 years. Today the shop is run by Sarah and Karl with buying advice from their two children Anna and Christian.

Is my information safe?

To minimise the risks of fraud we have adopted the current best practices when developing and maintaining this on-line shop. We DO NOT store any credit card information on the server and use encrypted links to capture and submit your credit card information. How do I know the toy is safe?
|

As responsible retailers we make sure that the toys we sell to you are safe. We take time to ensure that the toys have been safety tested and will only sell products that meet the European Toys Safety Directive (EN 71-1: 1998).

The item isn't what I expected. How do I return it?
|
|
If the product isn't what you expected it to be, or the child already has one then please follow our returns procedure. It is important that the product is returned to us in the original packaging and it is in re-sellable condition. Please check the Returns and Refunds section in our policies document.
